Bridging the gap between mental health and sports performance to help athletes unlock their full potential
The Journey
I have dedicated over 20 years to the pursuit of athletic excellence and the science of the mental game. A former Division I athlete at Jackson State University and standout at La Sierra University, my perspective is forged from a lifetime of competition across baseball, soccer, boxing, and wrestling. This extensive firsthand experience allows me to uniquely blend the grit of a professional competitor with evidence based mental performance training.
My philosophy centers on the belief that peak performance is not a one-size-fits-all formula. Having coached the baseball and golf programs at La Sierra University, he has seen firsthand how individualized mental strategies rooted in self awareness and resilience allow athletes to thrive under pressure. I move beyond the “grind at all costs” mentality, instead teaching performers how to build a mental foundation that supports both their athletic success and their long term well being.
Today, I'm looking to expand my reach through Sporting Mental Skills, where I help athletes at all levels bridge the gap between potential and performance. Whether working with collegiate programs or individual competitors, his goal is to help them discover their own “mental keys” to the game. While advancing my education in performance psychology, I continue to compete in professional independent baseball, constantly refining my coaching methods through real world application on the diamond.

Core Philosophy
The principles that guide my work with every athlete and team
Mental health and peak performance are not separate—they're interconnected. You cannot achieve sustainable excellence while neglecting your psychological wellbeing.
Every athlete has untapped potential. The mental game is often the differentiator between good and great, between talented and champion.
Mental skills are just that—skills. They can be learned, practiced, and mastered through deliberate, evidence-based training.
The most important competition is the one you have with yourself. Mastering your mind means mastering your response to pressure, setbacks, and success.
